Kisha Thompson, MS, CRNA, received a research grant from the Sigma Foundation for Nursing for her study "Reflection and Resilience Influences that Support Survival in Young Black Men." The purpose of this study is to determine the association between self-reflection and resilience in young Black men and to determine if the concept of insight is a mediator in this relationship.
